11-Year Sunspot Cycle Recorded in Cretaceous (140 myr ago) Treerings

The tree rings recorded in Cretaceous (140 million years ago) indicate 11-year sunspot cycle in the growth ring widths detected by auto-correlation analysis.
The 11-year solar activity cycle is the same as that of the present sun.
Well-preserved cells form the early- and late-woods shows the existence of seasons and climatic zones.
